The Village of Lake Hallie is located in southern Chippewa County along Highway 29 and 124, with close access to Highway 178, Highway 53 and Highway 29. The Village of Lake Hallie was incorporated from the Town of Hallie on February 18, 2003. With Hallie being located in this strategic area makes it convenient for transportation.
Lake Hallie was created in 1843 as a holding pond for Blue Mills. The Clark Hughes boat landing features a handicap accessible lot and boat launch. Lake Hallie is bordered by 14.4 square miles on the west by the Chippewa River which provides recreation to the area like boating and fishing.
