NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a quorum of the Village of Lake Hallie Board of Trustees may be present at the following event:

• Event: Welcome Reception for STAR-IPE Visiting Officers and Host Families

• Date: Sunday, August 30, 2026

• Time: 3:00 PM

• Location: Village of Lake Hallie Municipal Building Conference Room, 13136 30th Avenue, Lake Hallie, WI 54729

This event is not a meeting of the Village Board, and no formal action will be taken by the Village Board.

The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that multiple Village Board members may be present at the event, and such presence could constitute a quorum under Wisconsin law.
