The Village of Lake Hallie is devloping roadway plans to improve 117th Street from 40th Avenue to 50th Avenue. The proposed improvements will include pedestrian safety features like bike lanes or a shared-use trail.

Construction details:

Concept roadway layouts and sections will be presented at the meeting. The roadway will be construction under detours and road closed to through traffic. Residents will have access to their driveways during construction, except when work is done at or near their driveway.

The meeting will be conducted in an “open house” format, with a brief presentation at 6:15 p.m. The public is encouraged to come and go as they please. Additional project updates will be posted on the Village website.

Representatives from Ayres and the Village of Lake Hallie will be present to discuss the project. All interested persons are invited to attend and ask questions. If you cannot attend the meeting please send questions or comments by November 1, 2024 to:
