The Village of Lake Hallie is seeking a full-time Deputy Treasurer to support core financial operations and partner with the Village Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer to ensure continuity, accuracy, and compliance across municipal finance functions.
This role is responsible for clerical execution and systems administration of daily accounting, payroll backup, benefits remittance support, property tax batch reconciliation, audit preparation, and resident and vendor finance support using Caselle Connect and Catalis software.
Position Salary Range:
$22.00 – $32.00 per hour with full benefits, including health, dental, life insurance, Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) contributions, and Income Continuation Insurance (ICI).

Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.
